Role/ Department Overview:
Strategize brand’s digital channel and media presence in order to create brand awareness and generate sales leads through digital channels. The person will also be responsible for ensuring the functionality and enrichment of the website and smooth/simplified user journey for the users from ads to lead generation or other relevant section in the website or app.
- Optimize digital media spending through providing support to develop efficient targeting strategies.
- Prepare follow-up reports on campaigns and determine campaign success. Simultaneously closely monitor running campaigns on frequent basis.
- Design contextually relevant campaigns for the target market and decide the channel strategy that best complements the campaign.
- Brief agencies and other execution partners on the campaigns and lead cross functional teams
- Ensure proper alignment between agency media team and internal stakeholders
- Manage Digital media campaign and maintain liaison with agency media team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Execute campaigns in accordance with set timelines
- Explore possible partnership scopes with relevant content makers or channels.
- Negotiate and optimize costs for content production or partnerships.
- Experiment with different digital ad formats and gather market insight
- Evaluate customer funnel and identify improvement areas
- Ensure website optimization. Formulate SEO tactics to increase website hits and relevance.
- Assess website analytics to identify drop out points and ways to improve retention.
Educational Qualification :
- Graduate from reputed institution(s).
Relevant Experience :
- Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in the field of digital marketing
- Good understanding of the digital domain (ad platforms & analytics tools)
- Experience in working with digital media optimization
- Experience in working with multinational brands and achieving assigned KPIs.
- Hard working, detail oriented and passionate about working in an agile dynamic team environment
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and comfortable in communicating with technical and business personnel
