Job Responsibilities
- Develop effective strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate customer needs and provide a superior quality service.
- Provide good customer service while ensuring the Bank’s interest ¡s protected.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business through regular customer visits and industry research.
- Maintain existing and develop new long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor relationship performance regularly to ensure that the return is commensurate with the type of customer and both C&IB’s and the customer’s risk appetite.
- Establish an effective working relationship with the Risk Management teams, in order to validate the accuracy of the customer risk profile.
- Develop and recommend changes and improvements to operating models, procedures and practices based on subject matter expertise and understanding of C&IB and market best practice.
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the application of policies, governance frameworks, procedures, practices and standards to ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Grow the customer base through marketing and business development efforts, including cross selling to existing customer base.
- Ensure that credit quality is maintained and customer reviews are completed in timely manner.
- Ensure facility risk grades are accurate, and are changed in a timely manner as soon as adverse information is known.
- Seek assistance from CRM at the earliest if adverse trends in a customer’s financial position are noted.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the timely receipt of financial statements, loan payments and all documentary requirements of the Bank.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements and that all internal and external audit recommendations are implemented.
- Other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
Educational Requirements
- HSC
- The educational qualification will be the lowest HSC or equivalent.
- Proficiency both ¡n writing & spoken English and Bangla.
- Superior people relationship skills and awareness of risk management concept and practices.
- Must be positive, proactive and hardworking in nature.
- Dynamic, proactive, self-motivated and value driven.
- Skills Required: Business Development,Financial Products/ Services Marketing,Consumer Durables – Sales & Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 35 years
- Terms: 1.The age of the Customer Ralation Officer is at least 18 years
- Proficiency both ¡n writing & spoken English and Bangla.
