Educational Requirements:

• 4 years Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university with minimum CGPA 2.50 out of 4.00 and 3.00 out of 5.00. Only published academic results are acceptable.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Age not over 30 years as on April 07, 2021.

Selection Procedure:
The selection process will be purely on merit basis. Shortlisted candidates will have to sit for a competitive Written Test.

Placement and Compensation Policy:
Successful Business Officer (On Probation) will remain on probation for a period of 2 (two) years with a consolidated salary of BDT 25,000.00 per month. On satisfactory completion of probation period, Business Officer (On Probation) will be confirmed as Business Officer (BO) in the regular pay scale of the Bank with monthly salary of BDT 35,000.00.

Place of Posting: The selected candidates will be posted in any Union/ Upazilla digital post office of Bangladesh.
