Relationship Manager/ Sr.Manager, Special Asset Management
- The primary responsibility of this role is to manage relationship with the non-performing Corporate & SME borrowers of the Bank and thereby reduce Bank`s NPL ratio at a sustainable level. Responsibilities also include taking appropriate measures against assets with bleak recovery prospect and explore the avenues of income through recovery.
- Recovery management of non-performing Corporate & SME assets
- Improve quality of Bank’s asset portfolio
- Appropriate measures against assets with bleak recovery prospect
- Contribute to the income A/C of the Bank
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- At least 5 year(s)
- Minimum 6 years experience in Banking/ NBFI preferably in relevant field
- Vast Knowledge on BRPD Classification & provisioning policy.
- Knowledge on Loan Rehabilitation process (Rescheduling/ Restructuring/Settlement/Arbitration).
- Knowledge on loan documentation and proposal submission.
- Knowledge on mortgaged asset disposal process.
- Knowledge on Negotiation Instrument Act and Artharin Adalat Ain & high court case proceedings.
- Have to be a good negotiator.
- Have to be a Team player.
- Able to make visit extensively.

2. Officer, Customer Service (Amex Airport Lounge), Cards
- The primary responsibility of the role is to run Airport Lounge smoothly. Other key responsibilities of the role include – coordinating the activities among team to meet quality standards – both from an internal and external standpoint; supervising lounge officers to solidify Bank`s customer service practices; ensuring that lounge officers act in accordance with the bank`s regulations etc.
- Ensure high standards and protocols of Airport Lounge through monitoring team members and thus creating unified and cohesive customer service.
- Generate reports & do analysis of the reports as and when required.
